Sex And The City, ep 10: The Baby Shower

sexandthecity

Elijah Brubaker and Robin Morrison are back to tackle all the tough topics about baby showers and being a terrible friend, they also talk about other fun things. Seriously though, the Star Trek discussion went on for another fifteen minutes, we had to cut it short because no one needs to hear that much talk about pooping in space.

Sex And The City, Ep 9: The Tortoise And The Hare

sexandthecity

In this episode of Sex And The City, Charlotte breaks her vagina, Carrie tries to marry a gay dude, Samantha tries to impose her yuppie lifestyle onto a poor unsuspecting guy who likes mushrooms, Miranda is also there. Robin Morrison and Elijah Brubaker witness this whole mess and try to make sense of a senseless world. It’s the home stretch. There’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

Sex And The City, ep 8: Three’s A Crowd

sexandthecity

Robin Morrison and Elijah Brubaker are two thirds of the way through their examination of Sex And The City, season one. In the episode Charlotte is asked to do a three-way which froths the girls all up into a lather. It’s pretty stupid but it could be worse.

Sex And The City, Ep 7: The Monogamists

sexandthecity

There’s more Sex And The City as those lovable psychopaths tackle monogamy. Elijah Brubaker and Robin Morrison are then, forced to talk about it all. This isn’t going to kill us. We will get through this and be better people for it.

We must not fear.

Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.

We will face our fear.
we will permit it to pass over us and through us.

And when it has gone past we will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.

Only we will remain.

Sex And The City, ep 6: Secret Sex

sexandthecity

Elijah Brubaker and Robin Morrison are halfway through their discussion of Sex And The City. This episode has some moments, Some things happen, Carrie has a friend that’s dating an ugly girl, Miranda kicks a dude in the face, steals his porno then judges him for it. The other two are also kind of in this episode. Who knows, man… who knows?

Sex And The City, Episode 5: The Power Of Female Sex

sexandthecity

Robin Morrison and Elijah Brubaker continue their excruciating slog through the mire of Sex And The City. It’s more of the same. People have sex with one another while living in a city. Carrie meets a dude named Gilles. Miranda is shitty to her boyfriend. I dunno, I think what’s-her-face… Samantha, says some stuff about blowjobs or something. There are Vagina (vulva) paintings. It’s all pretty dumb.

Sex And The City, episode 4: Valley Of The Twenty Something Guys

sexandthecity

Another week of Season One, another week of reviewing Sex And The City. It wasn’t so bad this time. Carrie and Samantha hook up with some young hotties, Charlotte considers becoming the up-the-butt girl and Miranda… I don’t know, complains about something stupid, I guess. It’s a jam packed episode.

Sex And The City, Episode 3: Bay Of Married Pigs.

sexandthecity

What. The. Hell. Are. We. Doing? Elijah Brubaker and Robin Morrison continue their ill advised dissection of Sex And The City. This time around Carrie has a peak at the confounding world of married people and wonders how it can all be twisted for her own narcissistic ends as she asks the ultimate life question, “What about me?”

Sex And The City, episode 2: Models And Mortals

sexandthecity

Elijah Brubaker and Robin Morrison navigate the world of “Modelizers” as they discuss the second episode of Sex And The City.

Sex And The City, Episode 1: Sex And The City

sexandthecity

In what might be the best idea they’ve ever had, Elijah Brubaker and Robin Morrison are watching the entire first season of Sex And The City. Two dumb mooks talking about cosmopolitan cartoon women? What could go wrong?

If you’ve ever heard the show, this episode is exactly what you’d expect. We, at Season One, would like to apologize in advance for everything that will be said in the following months. May god have mercy on your soul.

Young Guns (1988)

Young-Guns

The film festevez continues, as Elijah Brubaker and Robin Morrison dissect the handsome-man movie, Young Guns. It’s probably the best known film about the Lincoln County War but what the movie is really known for is a cast just jam-packed with good lookin’ honeys. Dermot Mulroney plays a guy named “Dirty Steve” and he’s still better looking than Robin and Elijah put together.

Check back in a few days for some interesting news… It might be good news, it might be bad news… I guess it all depends on why you listen to the show. Things are shaking up here at The Movie Show.

Swordfish (2001)

swordfish

Robin Morrison and Elijah Brubaker take a look at the movie, Swordfish. Despite being made in 2001, it is totally a 90’s cyber-thriller. It’s gross. It’s a real contender for the worst thing ever. It’s the Hoobastank of movies.

Fright Night (1985) Part one

Fright-Night-1985-movie-6

Robin Morrison and Elijah Brubaker sink their teeth into take a bite out of suck on the movie, Fright Night. It’s this great movie about a hot mom who keeps trying to get laid but her son is the world’s biggest asshole who makes the sexy neighbor guy burst into flames or something. I don’t know, I wasn’t really watching.

This is part one of two.
